Each order includes a set of four 4″x4″ plaques, thoughtfully designed to preserve the memory of your loved one in a subtle and meaningful way. These keepsakes are perfect for sharing with close family members or placing in special spaces like a desk, shelf, or bedside table.
You can choose between two shapes: round or square. Each plaque is carefully crafted to highlight the natural beauty of your preserved flowers. Though compact in size, every piece holds deep meaning and serves as a gentle reminder of love and remembrance.
A passport-sized inclusion (up to 2″x2″) may be added to one or more of the plaques, such as a small photo or card. To request an inclusion, please select “Yes” for inclusion and provide details in the checkout comments or special instructions box.
We thoughtfully select flowers from your order and coordinate shipping to our trusted preservation specialists. Your completed keepsake will be delivered through a signature-required service within approximately 20 to 24 weeks.
